Refund & Return Policy
At Drift Trek, every product is carefully crafted and inspected before dispatch. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged product.

You received the wrong product.

The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos/videos of the issue
-
An unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized or personalized products (including Custom Vehicle Number Plate Keychains)

Print-on-demand products

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Items returned without original packaging
Since personalized products are manufactured specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold and are therefore non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Replacements
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer:

A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
-
A full refund if a replacement is not possible.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch begins.
Customized and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Drift Trek is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
